How can I contact my driver?
Upon verifying your reservation for the private transfer, we will provide you with your driver’s details and share your information with them. Our driver will contact with you when you arrived.
How long will it usually take from lands or ship arrive until I meet the driver?
AIRPORT
Usually about 30-50 minutes. We give you 75 minutes for free. We give you 75 minutes free time. After 75 minutes there will be an extra charge of +30€/hour from the first minute.
The only chance you’ll be late getting out is if you lose your luggage’s.
PORTS
20 minutes at most.
We give you 45 minutes free time. After 45 minutes there will be an extra charge of +30€/hour from the first minute.
What happens if my Ship/Flight is delayed?
We are tracking your Ship/flight number. So don’t worry, the driver will be there waiting for you.
The only case in which there will be an extra charge is if your reservation was made with a daily charge and, due to a delay, the plane lands during the hours of the night charge (10pm-6am).
In such a case, the charge per car is as follows:
